Dear Family, Friends, and Colleagues

   We would like to invite you to participate in a Grand Adventure! Terry and I are producing a book and we would greatly appreciate you invaluable input. Find a quiet, creative spot; Kick off your shoes and relax; Let your mind drift back to a time of joy and wonderment -- Your Childhood! What games are you playing? Who are you playing them with? What's the "special" occasion? What makes it so special? Does this memory make you smile, laugh, cry, get goose bumps, feel good all over?

   What we want you to do is write these thoughts and feelings down along with a brief description of the Game/Activity so that readers of your submission will have a basic understanding of what you played. Then mail, fax, or e-mail your submission, along with your contact information back to us. What's in it for you?

   First and foremost, great memories and the opportunity to relive them; Second, if we use your story, a $50 check, annual royalties, and a personal copy of the planned book, "Games People Played", "Even More Games People Played", etc. in the future. What a concept! Getting paid for your memories!

   By the way, feel free to solicit submissions from your friends and colleagues and more than one for yourself. We plan on using 75 stories for our first addition, with "More Games People Played", "Even More Games People Played", etc. in the future.

   Don't worry about your grammar or literary "talents". Terry and I will do any "extra" work that your submission may need. So don't just sit there, start thinking! Then start writing! Then send it to us! Do it now! Become a published author! Make it happen!
